If you make a booking with us we will collect Data necessary to confirm the details of your booking including number and name of all guests.

What we do not collect

All payment details are stored directly and securely with our Bank. We do not store or have access to your full card payment details.

Why collect Data?

We request Data from you to enable us to respond to a request from you for information, to enable us to complete a booking as requested by you and, occasionally, may send you promotional emails about special offers.
